As a leading integrated utilities business, we provide our customers with an end-to-end
solution which includes financing utility assets generated by GENiUX. We are able to provide
direct ownership of the utility assets, whereby we own and operate the assets and enter into a
long term supply agreement for the supply of the utilities, reducing upfront capital
requirements and associated on-going maintenance costs for our customers. Alternatively,
where our customers choose to own the utility assets directly themselves, we are able to offer
competitive debt finance to assist our customers purchase the assets.
