John is a specialist in legal strategy, governance and board advisory.
Former partner and managing partner of the Perth office of law firm Deacons.
John is a non-executive director of Stealth Global Holdings Ltd (ASX: SGI), Senses Australia (NFP), and Chairman of Peter Hunt Architects.
He is a former director and acting Non-Executive Chairman of Automotive Holdings Group (ASX: AHG) and a number of public unlisted entities.
Tony Adcock
NON – EXEC DIRECTOR
Tony is a globally experienced Non-Executive Director, Chairman, Businessman, Entrepreneur and Consultant.
Tony has expertise across industries including Agri Business, Banking & Financial Services, Mining, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Professional Sport, Technology and Utilities.
His qualifications include an MBA, a BSc (Hons), Graduate of the AICD.
Kylee Schoonens
NON – EXEC DIRECTOR
Kylee is a Non-Executive Director for a number of organisations. Kylee is a Registered Architect, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is chair of Western Australia's land information authority, Landgate.
Kylee chaired the Scarborough and Midland Land Redevelopment Committees for MRA and the LandCorp (now DevelopmentWA) Statutory Planning Committee, and was a former Non-Executive Director DevelopmentWA, where she sat on the DevelopmentWA Governance and Remuneration Committee.
Aidan Montague
NON – EXEC DIRECTOR
Aidan has more than 25 years sales and marketing experience with a unique engineering, technology and internet background. He also has had extensive board experience (both Chair and Non-Executive Director) on both ASX listed and private companies in Australia. Aidan is a Professional Engineer by qualification and Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia – MIEAust.
Aidan has held senior roles at Cisco Systems in Melbourne, London, Johannesburg and Singapore amongst other consulting roles.
David Briffa
CEO / MD
David is an innovative leader and proven business builder, with 27 years extensive experience across a diverse group of industries.
David identified the CTI opportunity whilst consulting in the Hotel and Resort industry and has spent the last 10 years developing on this experience. His last 5 years as seen him consolidate his expertise in the sustainability and CleanTech Infrastructure space to be recognised as a market leader.
David has a Bachelor of Business and post-graduate qualifications with CPA Australia, the Australian Institute of Banking & Finance and a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
