Geniux boosts Electrical & Renewable Energy Portfolio

Australian energy and utilities facilitator Geniux Cleantech (Genius) has expanded its electrical and renewable energy portfolio with the acquisition of two new major assets.

The deal will see Mildura based Foreman-Sheean, a well-established electrical services provider with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service fall under the Geniux banner. 

The acquisition will also include Geelong based City to Surf Solar, a leading provider of high-end renewable energy and grid augmentation solutions to commercial and industrial customers. 

Geniux CEO and Managing Director David Briffa said the deal was a strategic acquisition aimed at strengthening the company’s position as a comprehensive renewable energy solutions provider.

The acquisition will enable Geniux to expand its reach across the communications and renewable energy space across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
